The product demonstration process Syscomatic analysed before designing AnyDemo had structural inefficiencies at every stage of the sales cycle. Each demonstration required a scheduled meeting between a sales representative and a prospect - creating coordination overhead on both sides, introducing calendar friction that extended the time between initial interest and first product exposure, and placing a hard ceiling on the number of prospects a sales team could reach in a given period.
